PLANNING: Evaluation of Design 2

When I first made this design I liked the different set out, however looking at it more closely it would not attract attention. The information will be too hard to quickly scan to find out what is in the magazine. I like the two pictures and where they are positioned, however I would like the main picture to take up the whole background as this stands out more, and focuses on the main artist/band.
